What we take on
Some houses need more than a fresh coat of paint. Others come with people, paperwork, belongings, or a deadline. Start with the part making the property difficult.
Foundation, fire, roof, systems, or a full interior. You do not have to repair it before we look.
A house, belongings, paperwork, and several decision-makers can all arrive at once.
We consider occupied rentals, deferred maintenance, and properties you no longer want to manage.
If the house is sitting empty or costing you every month, we can evaluate it as it stands.
The title company can help determine what must be resolved before a property can close.
A private sale with a defined date can remove one piece from a changing plan.
Why Quick Keys
Brance and Adam built Quick Keys around years of repairing houses and working directly with sellers. We can evaluate the work ourselves, make a direct offer, and take responsibility for what happens after closing.

How it works
One private walkthrough. One written offer. A decision that stays with you.
Send the address and the facts you know. A call, form, or a few photos is enough to begin.
We review the condition, local market, title context, and the work the property may need.
Ask questions, decide whether it works, and—if you accept—select a practical closing date.
What as-is really means
We evaluate the condition as it stands, account for the work in the offer, and take responsibility for repairs and cleanup after a completed purchase.

Local by design
Street, condition, lot, nearby sales, and the likely next use all matter. Local context helps us make a decision without waiting on an out-of-state buying desk.
Straight answers
Quick Keys is the direct buyer. We do not list the property on the MLS as your agent. After closing, we may repair and resell the property or keep it.
No. We evaluate the property in its current condition. You do not need to renovate, stage, deep-clean, or remove every unwanted item for us.
We consider the property’s location, nearby sales, current condition, occupancy, repairs, holding and transaction costs, title context, and likely value after the work. We will explain the major assumptions behind the number.
Usually not. A direct offer reflects the repairs, risk, time, and work Quick Keys takes on. Compare likely net proceeds and certainty—not only the top-line price—with listing or selling the property yourself.
There is no agent commission paid to Quick Keys when we buy directly. Any closing costs or exceptions will be shown in the written offer before you decide.
We can often make an offer within 24 hours after we have the property details and access we need. A complicated property or title may take longer.
